Like therapy, your journey into yoga is a path to support, heal, and grow your body, mind, and spirit. You can explore just physical practice but why not wander deeper and and embark on a path to discover a more meaningful life through the wisdom of yogic philosophy.

Private online yoga is a perfect way to begin or deepen your practice when you just don’t feel comfortable in a yoga studio or group class. In particular, people with larger bodies and beginners will find the encouragement and space to build a sustainable yoga practice that feels good and nurtures the body.

My yoga journey began in 2001. As a full-time registered, Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor and empowerment coach I guide people to understand yoga asana (poses) by exploring how they work each person’s unique body. My teaching also centers on helping you move beyond the physical practice to discover yoga’s philosophical framework, breathwork, and other tools for living a more meaningful life.
