A 200 hour teacher training program is a great introduction to teaching yoga but actually leading public classes can feel daunting. Working with a mentor or joining a mentoring program is a great way to build on your 200 hour certification. Take a look at the options below to learn more about taking your skills to the next level.

I work one-on-one with teachers to help develop skills that can take your teaching to the next level. We meet regularly and develop a plan for your sessions to build on skills or other needs.

New yoga teachers often feel daunted by what comes after completing a 200 hour training. This Practicum is a 4 month bridge program to jumpstart your teaching career and build on the skills you learned during yoga teacher training.
